The 31-year-old, who lives in Old Town, Swindon joined the team six years ago in 2017 after qualifying as an accountant two years before.
Since then, the Haines Watts team say she has gone from strength to strength.
Emma said: “The firm has seen continued growth and my role is now far more strategic and focussed on our people. The core of our business is our team and I love working with them to help shape their development.
“It’s a collaborative environment here which means we are all engaged and committed to challenging ourselves and driving the firm forward, which is really good motivation for me.”
Mike Lloyd, managing partner of Haines Watts Swindon, said: “When we first met Emma, we felt that here was someone potentially outstanding. Someone driven and ambitious. Six years on we can see that we were correct, and Emma has made an immense contribution to the business as part of our management team.

At home Emma is a keen footballer, playing competitively locally. This year, she says she also intends to start planning for a charity fund-raising challenge to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in 2024.
Haines Watts Swindon is a firm of chartered accountants and business advisors based in Old Town with a satellite office in Cirencester.
They offer audit, accountancy and tax planning services to owner-managed businesses, SMEs and to UK subsidiaries across the south west. The last few years has seen the firm growing at a rapid pace and they are currently recruiting for an audit and accounts manager with potential to progress to audit RI (responsible individual) and to partnership.
The business are also looking for an audit and accounts senior with expertise in the charity and not-for-profit sector and a bookkeeper/management accountant with ideally five years’ experience in an accountancy practice.
