Cumbrian accountant named accountants of the year – The Mail

Cumbrian accountants Lamont Pridmore are celebrating after recently being named Chartered Accountants of the Year (England) in the Global 100 Awards.
Lamont Pridmore was named the nation’s Best Chartered Accountants at the 2023 Global 100 Awards.
The firm was selected from hundreds of practices across England for the award, which recognises the leading professionals from around the world in various fields.
Having demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the last 12 months and continued support for businesses, as well as further growth, Lamont Pridmore was carefully selected by a panel of judges.
Graham Lamont, Chief Executive at Lamont Pridmore, said: “It’s always great to win an award. It makes me immensely proud of all our staff that we have achieved such success and is a testament to all their hard work and dedication that we have received it.
“We will not be resting on our laurels, however, and will continue to work hard to give the very highest levels of service to our clients.”
This is the third year in a row that Lamont Pridmore has been honoured at the Global 100 awards, after previously being named Chartered Accountants and Tax Adviser of the Year in the UK in 2022 and 2021.
Chris Lamont, a Partner at Lamont Pridmore, added: “We have a long history of award wins and success, but each new title reaffirms our position within the accounting profession and demonstrates the high quality of service offered to our clients.”
